Work Permits

All minors under the age of 18 must complete an employment permit application and obtain the permit before starting a new job.

Applications for employment permits are available at:        http://www.mass.gov/lwd/docs/dos/youth-employment/youth-application.pdf

Completed applications along with required documentations must be brought by the student to the main office at the high school.
